  • Validated processes: Manufacturing is done using validated SOPs and processes. This
    ensures consistent quality batch after batch and avoidance of cross contamination .
  • Documentation: All processing activities are well documented in order to establish
    traceability.
  • HACCP : ISO 22000 standard specifies HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) ,
    which is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical and
    physical hazards in production processes.
  • HARPC : We also follow Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC)
    which involves Critical Control Points (CCPs), Pre Requisite Programs (PRPs), and
    Operational prerequisite programs (OPRPs). This assures the Food safety and consistency of the product.
